Why Health Food Shops Will Not Supply Regular Coffee, Tea, and Chocolate?

A Health Food shop supplies products for losing weight, food supplements, diet pills, energy drinks, multivitamin tablets, natural hair products and organic food produce. Over all that is a true picture of a health store.
They also carry a wide variety of herbal products which are made from natural substances.
Most health food shops will not supply or carry such products as regular Coffee, Tea, and Chocolate all because of the caffeine included in the making or producing of such products, including baked foods made with sugar or white flour.
Caffeine can cause headache, nervousness, anxiety, insomnia and increased heart rate. One of the most common withdrawal symptom can be a throbbing / or a pressure headache normally at the back of the head and around the eyes. Other symptoms include fatigue, depression, drowsiness and irritability.
Dark chocolate can be taken in small portions. It is good for your heart-it can reduce blood pressure and lower cholesterol.
Instead of above Health Shops supply decaffeinated tea and coffee including dark chocolate.
It is recommended to get a good herbal supplement which will help one's body to work at its best, which is great and something we all need. They sometimes get rid of aches and pains in weakening joints.
You can also purchase such products as dietary aids and body care products in Health Food shops.
