THE THREE LITTLE WORDS THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

QUESTION: Are you going to HOLD BACK or are you going to GO ALL OUT?

QUESTION: Are you IN it or are you INTO it?

Suppose you're a student (because when it comes down to it we're all students), and you're not GOING ALL OUT in your classes. You're not really INTO it. Don't give up – start acting as if you're GOING ALL OUT. Start acting as if you're INTO it. You can do that. You can “fake it until you make it.”

You don't have to feel like doing it, but the funny thing is that once you start doing

it . . . eventually you'll start feeling like it.

Do not focus on your feelings — focus on your actions. When you start acting a certain way, your feelings will change.

ACTION changes ATTITUDES

MOTION changes EMOTIONS

MOVEMENT changes MOODS

Just remember this acronym: ACE

ACE = Action Changes Everything.

If you don't feel energized — don't focus on your feeling. Don't wallow in your lack of energy – start acting energized.

This is not some “pop-psych” idea — it's the way we're neurologically wired.

But you already do this . . .

Let's see what happens every morning . . . Do you wait until you feel like getting out of bed to get out of bed? If you're like most people, if you waited until you felt like getting out of bed, you'd still be in bed! What actually happens? You physically make yourself get out of bed and then eventually you feel like getting up. The ACTION not only precedes the feeling but actually produces the FEELING.

If you're not feeling happy and you want to start feeling happier . . .

START SMILING!!! People become happier once they start smiling.

The ACTION of smiling changes the way you feel. The ACTION not only precedes but actually produces the FEELING.

If feeling happier isn't enough and you want a shot of joy — start skipping. It's almost impossible to feel sad when you're skipping. Don't deny it until you try it!!!
